Communicate with area law enforcement and fire departments to determine what steps, if any, have been taken to possibly start or expand and Angel Initiative program.

Launch an Angel Initiative with guidance from organizations that provide valued expertise.

Expand and enhance an Angel Initiative with broader and deeper community collaboration and the use of supporting technologies. 

Establish a training program for volunteers who want to be Angels or who want to support the program in various ways.

Faith communities can be a source of volunteers that can be trained as "Angels" in this program.

Colleges or universities can be a source of volunteers that can be trained as "Angels"

Mental Health and Behavioral Health organizations can help provide training for the volunteers.
