Number (#) of Reported Schedule II Prescriptions Filled per Capita
The number of reported schedule II prescriptions filled (includes all schedule II drugs, not just opioids) per capita (or for each individual person). E.g., a per capita rate of 1.0 means there was one schedule II prescription filled to account for each person in the county, whereas a per capita rate of .5 means there was one schedule II prescription filled to account for every two people in the county.
