This (2 page) document explains to consumers the importance of wellness and how it affects overall quality of life, particularly for people living with mental illness. It also gives a brief overview of the eight dimensions of wellness: social, environmental, physical, emotional, spiritual, occupational, intellectual, and financial.

Whether behind the scenes or on the front line, every recovery voice is needed.

The theme for Recovery Month 2017 is Join the Voices for Recovery: Strengthen Families and Communities.

The 2017 theme highlights the value of family and community support throughout recovery and invites individuals in recovery and their family members to share their personal stories and successes in order to encourage others.
