# of Foster Parents being supported by "Community Teams"    As faith communities or other organizations establish "Community Teams" to provide support to foster parents, each of those teams could track how many different foster parents they provide support to each quarter.    Sum of the number reported by each of the community teams each quarter.    Google spreadsheet that lists all the teams and has places for them to update how many foster families they served each quarter.  (Create sample Google Spreadsheet).
