When leaders understand both the science and Biblical foundation for minimizing and addressing trauma, they will be in a much better position to take additional steps in the journey.
b. In some churches, the political/social environment can make it tough to talk about these types of issues.		b. Churches have recognized that these discussions are both difficult and important, so they are resolved to engage in the discussions with humility and civility—thinking about the plank in their own eyes, etc.
