As part of our substance abuse prevention strategy (and also our suicide prevention strategy and overall community health strategy), we will increase a variety of ways to screen adn identify mental health problems and then advance a variety of cost-effective approaches to better meeting those needs. This will improve the overall well-being of people in our community and will reduce the self-medication
